DSA Soccer Specific Fitness Program
PROGRAM OVERVIEW: The focus of the class will be to enhance and increase the overall conditioning and fitness for inspiring soccer players to help meet the demand of the game. Players will increase and develop better gross motor skills, body control, balance, as well as acceleration and deceleration. This program will be directed by Richard Owens who is a former Exercise Physiologist. In addition, he is a current coach with the South Jersey Elite Barons and Philadelphia University Women’s Soccer program.
